Check-In/Out Details:

Check-In: After 1:00 PM
Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated depending on availability and might incur additional charges.

Booking & Payment:

Your reservation will be secured once advance of 50% of agreed amount has been made to the account of owner. The bookings on OTA will then be blocked. The remaining 50% needs to be paid before the checkin. .
A refundable security deposit of Rs 3000 is required upon arrival at the villa to cover potential damages. This will be collected by the caretaker.

Guest Responsibilities:

Please share the team leader’s contact number and Aadhaar ID with our caretaker.
For everyone’s peace of mind, drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Out of respect for local ordinances, outdoor music can be played only until 9:30 PM. You may enjoy indoor music at a moderate volume afterward.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and maintain a peaceful environment.
Ensure the safety of your personal belongings. We aren’t responsible for lost items.
Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM.

Staff Availability:

Our caretaker and cook are at your service from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

We completely loved our stay for our office trip of 20people. Calmness, exclusivity, clean rooms, supportive and efficient staff, tasty fresh food, clean sheets and towels, entertainment systems, clean pool, were our expectations and we got it all.Special mention to the staff of Misty Palace - they were always on their toes for help and any kind of support.Kudos to the well kept place. I give 5star rating as per our needs and experience.

At the outset I would like to complement Mrs Archana Nerkar for a beautiful and well maintained property Misty Palace Lonavala.1. We were 4 families and stayed at this resort for 2 nights on our trip to Lonavala in the month of June 23.2. We had a wonderful stay with wide variety and tasty meals and barbecue party in the lawns.3. Swimming pool is nice and clean. On the whole the property caters to all the requirements for a relaxing holiday.4. We would love to visit again.

A very well constructed place with 5 bedrooms with attached washroom facilities.The living area also is spacious with another washroom.The facility is very clean and well maintained by the Caretaket Sandeel who is really prompt and communicates with you to know the requirementIf there are challenges he communicates themThe swimming pool is attached and decent sized.The small greenery is well maintainedFood was tasty and good.They also have a bigg TV and karaoke.All in all a good experience.

had the opportunity to stay at misty palace lonavala this new year. The place is close to express highway but still away from the noises and hustle bustle of highway. the serene and quiet environment is only disturbed by cute chirping of birds. The five BHK resort is really awesome in terms of entertainment, food, lawns andhuge swimming pool.The caretaker really looked after us serving hot meals both inside and outside in the fabulous lawns. had great fun and games in the pool. The great karaoke and sound system made the evening lively and the festivities continued till late in the night.overall it was a fantastic experience worth its price.visit again in monsoons.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.The food was absolutely delicious, and the barbecue was a definite highlight of our stay. The modern amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the entertainment options, including karaoke, kept us thoroughly entertained.The very large private pool was a particular highlight of the villa, and we spent many hours lounging poolside and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Despite being located close to the town centre, the villa was serene and quiet, providing the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Privacy was also a key aspect of our stay, and we felt completely at ease knowing that we had our own private oasis to enjoy without any interruptions.Overall, I would highly recommend the Misty Palace Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat in Lonavala. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Misty Palace Villa in Lonavala and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Few batchmates along with spouses went to chill at Lonavala. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.The food was simply amazing - each dish was cooked to perfection and the flavors were absolutely delicious. The barbeque was another highlight of our stay, with an array of mouth-watering meats and vegetables cooked to perfection.The modern amenities at the villa were truly impressive, from the high-speed internet to the state-of-the-art entertainment system. We particularly enjoyed the karaoke machine, which provided hours of fun and entertainment for the whole group.The villa also features a very large private pool that was a true delight. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, taking in the stunning views and soaking up the sun. It was truly a peaceful and serene setting with sufficient privacy, despite being so close to the town center.Privacy was another important aspect of our stay, and the villa truly delivered. We were able to enjoy our time without any interruptions, and the staff was always available whenever we needed them.Overall, I cannot recommend the Misty Palace Villa enough. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way, from the hospitality to the modern amenities and the stunning pool. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
