If you’re planning to stay with us (great choice, by the way), here’s a light-hearted but important list of things to know. Think of it as our villa guidebook – part vacation manual, part fun contract.

1. Booking & Payment – Seal the Deal 📝

To lock in your dates, just send us a quick message or fill out our booking form. We’ll need at least 50% advance to reserve your stay. The remaining amount? Please pay it a day before you check in so we’re all set to roll out the welcome mat.

2. Check-In & Check-Out – Time Matters ⏰

Check-in starts at 1:00 PM (we’ll be waiting!) and check-out wraps up by 11:00 AM (sad, we know 😢). Want to arrive early or stay a little longer? Just ask – if the calendar permits, we’re happy to extend your chill time (small fee may apply).

3. Be the Star Guest 🌟

Every group needs a hero! Please nominate one Point of Contact to chat with our caretaker – they’ll help with everything from Wi-Fi to where we keep the karaoke mic. We also request a refundable ₹3000 deposit at check-in (we’re sure nothing will break – but just in case your cricket game gets a little too wild!).

4. Change of Plans? No Problem (Sort Of) 🔁

Cancel more than 7 days before your stay and you’ll get a refund (minus some tiny admin fees). Cancel less than a week before and – ouch – we can’t offer refunds. We still love you though!

5. Safety & Smiles First 😊

Please watch your belongings (we don’t have a dragon guarding them), supervise the kiddos (especially near the pool), and stay safe. We aren’t liable for personal mishaps, lost treasures, or tech tantrums – but we’ll help however we can. Misty Palace Terms and Conditions are for your benefit.

6. House Rules – Villa Zen Mode 🧘‍♂️

No smoking inside rooms (the furniture likes to breathe too). Music outdoors ends at 9:30 PM – that’s a Lonavala rule, not ours. Keep the party inside after that, with low volume tunes and high vibes. Pool and turf are yours from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. But no eating, drinking, or puffing poolside, please. Let’s keep the water clear and the turf clean!

7. Staff & Service – Humans Not Robots 🤖

Our caretaker and cook are on duty from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Be kind, tip kindly, and let them know in advance if you need anything extra. If something breaks, let us know before you leave – we’ll only charge for the repair or replacement, not the drama.

8. When Nature Plays Tricks 🌧️

Electricity, AC, or Wi-Fi acting up? Sometimes nature has her moods. We’ll do our best, but can’t promise instant fixes or refunds for outages.
